Providing hands-on care for her grandparents during their end of life, Jessi saw the weight of decrepitude up close. Determined to hedge against sickness as long as possible, Jessi has pursued a lifestyle that integrates nutrition, mindset and movement into whole-person wellness. Her personal training approach emphasizes movement quality, range of motion, and variety.

Experience
Jessi has been coaching fitness in group and 1:1 settings since 2018. She is a CrossFit Level 2 Trainer, co-owner of I Am Nutrition and 5th place for the State of Texas in Olympic Weightlifting (2023 W35/59kg).
Who I Work With
While Jessi helps athletes with a range of abilities, she especially loves working with beginners, and athletes seeking a focus on functional fitness, strength training, Olympic weightlifting, and injury prevention/recovery.
